Minor releases introduce new features and improvements. Check out what’s new!

• Backend API | We added extra validation on saving/updating Recommendations to prevent invalid configurations, as it was possible to create an incorrect configuration for Recommendations, resulting into an error task. Also, a bug related to saving configs while using 'is equal to attribute value of source' had been resolved.
• Delivery API | We've added support for the External Data Component to be used in Boost & Bury. You were already able to configure it in the App, but unfortunately it didn't have any effect on the Delivery API yet.

Tweakwise App

• Tweakwise App | Product group keys like SALE and sale now correctly match regardless of letter casing, eliminating silent mismatches in recommendation grouping.
• Tweakwise App | Blocked saving of incomplete attribute conditions - It was previously possible to save (and later fail to publish) a recommendation with half-filled attribute conditions. Validation now stops that from happening before it causes trouble.
• Tweakwise App | Before deleting or editing an attribute, you can now see all related Boost & Bury rules that depend on it. Each entry links directly to the rule's detail page.
• Tweakwise App | Using 'Make a copy' on a Builder configuration previously opened a blank new Builder, but now it correctly copies all results from the original.
• Tweakwise App | We fixed an issue with searching for items inside the Tweakwise App. Sometimes using the type filter to search on the product type did not work. Also when searching for a product in the product component did not work.
• Tweakwise App | If your user-role is 'admin', you now see a direct link to Organization Settings in the Login flow > Select instance screen. Also, user management actions now give clear success feedback instead of waiting on list refresh timing.
• Tweakwise App | Minor tweaks were done to the App UI. We've got softer colors and updated fonts for pages and core components, making the interface calmer and easier to scan.
• Tweakwise App | Recommendations can now be filtered by whether they’re used as Builder components, making the list easier to slice by usage.
• Tweakwise App | While configuring facets on a Filter template, we will give tips and best practices like 'enable automatic positioning' or 'enable a search box'.
• Tweakwise App | Selectboxes in which you need to select a Builder (lookup) now shows all type chips inline like 'categorypage' or 'recommendation', so options are easier to scan at a glance.
• Tweakwise App | New Filter templates now start with better default expand settings, while copied and existing templates stay unchanged. Meanwhilde we fixed a bug where you couldn't create new filter templates anymore due to a validation error.
• Tweakwise App | Insights list view now handles missing content more smoothly instead of breaking the experience. In technical terms: we now gracefully handle 404 errors.
• Tweakwise App | Plugin Studio now clears stale edits properly so users return to a fresh editor state after canceling or leaving. A symptom which occurred mainly in MS Edge.
• Tweakwise App | Sticky action bars (save buttons) now stay on top more reliably across affected screens.
• Tweakwise App | Small and not too important, but we pluralized delete toast message in case multiple items deleted. Delete confirmations (inline validation) will now match the number of items removed.
• Tweakwise App | Live reports could freeze after some time. Now we refresh tokens more smoothly in the background, so long sessions keep going without losing view state.
• Tweakwise App | The alignment of some UX-components in Tweakwise App felt a bit off. Now search and export controls line up cleanly on the Suggestions page.
• Tweakwise App | Inconclusive AB test metrics now avoid the wrong red warning styling.
• Tweakwise App | Long filter lists in Tweakwise App now stay usable with internal scrolling, instead of falling offscreen.
• Tweakwise App | In some cases it was't possible to filter on groups in Recommendations. Group key filtering now stays in sync between the URL, UI, and data fetches.
• Tweakwise App | We fixed an annoying bug where multiple condition lines for the same attribute would give a publish error.
• Tweakwise App | Fixed a minor bug where the title of the Norwegian language was not displayed correctly in Settings > Languages.

Demoshop

• Demoshop | Display options now appear whenever sorting debug data exists, without relying on the Weighted Search Funnel.
• Demoshop | Navigation pages now show the right category title for the selected page. In some cases, a wrong category title showed up.
• Demoshop | We've fixed a performance issue with Boost & Bury that occurred for those instances with a very large product catalog. Calculating debug information could make requests slow (>10s), but will now be fast again.

JS Implementations

• Recommendations JS | There was a minor bug in the JavaScript where custom tiles in grouped mode would occasionally not update properly in specific cases. This is now fixed. Recommendation tiles now stay in sync in grouped mode.
• Suggestions JS | Suggestions now count grouped products correctly and show empty states when they should.
• JS Implementations | Traditionally, Tweakwise only supported direct landing page links for category-based facets. We have expanded this capability to allow any facet value to carry a unique URL as well.
