XML Feed
Before we can add value to your platform, you need to get your catalog data into Tweakwise. The recommended method to get your product data into Tweakwise is by generating a feed and importing it.
To get that working, execute these steps:
- Generate a feed: Create an XML feed to send your catalog data. To learn more, go to Create an XML feed to import your catalog data in Tweakwise.
- Make the feed available: Once your feed is generated, the next step is to make it available so Tweakwise can access and import it. To learn more, go to Make a feed available for Tweakwise.
- Import the feed: Once the feed is available, it can be read and processed by Tweakwise. To learn more, go to Import a feed.

Go to the following topics to learn more about sending your catalog data to Tweakwise:
- If you can't supply all cataglog data in a combined feed, you can use Seperate Feeds to import your catalog data. To learn more, go to Create an XML feed to import product data in Tweakwise and Create an XML feed to import categories in Tweakwise.
- In case you want to import content, go to Create an XML feed to import content in Tweakwise.
- For some cases, it might be wise to use an external attribute. To learn more, go to Import external attributes in Tweakwise.
- For some workflows it may be desirable to validate the feed before attempting to import it in Tweakwise. go to Validate the feed.
- After your feed is generated, the next step is to make it available so Tweakwise can access and import it. To learn more, go to Make a feed available for Tweakwise.
- Exposing your feed publicly over the internet might not be desirable. To learn more, go to Secure a feed in your platform.
