Scheduled maintenance
We will be patching our servers on a regular basis. This regular maintenance affects your tasks, the management portal (eg. Tweakwise App), our support platform and the Backend API. Everything will run according to schedule right after we're finished. Nothing to worry about! Uptime of our Frontend services won't be affected.
If you use the Backend API to run your tasks, our advice is to build a retry to ensure that your tasks will run, even when the API has been temporarily unavailable.
