Introducing Magento + Tweakwise JS

Integrating Tweakwise into Magento has never been this easy! Use our pre-built JS components on top of Magento: road our annoucement and get started now!

If you're using the Magento e-commerce platform, you can use extensions for a smooth installation. This method is simple and easy to use.

Essentials

To start a succesful integration, install & configure the Magento2TweakwiseExport plugin that will make it possible to get your data in Tweakwise.

Next, choose your desired way to integrate:

Default integration Integrate our APIs with Magento's default themes and architecture. Tweakwise JS Use our pre-built UI on top of your existing Magento setup.

Default integration

To successfully implement Tweakwise in Magento, follow these steps:

  • Install & configure the Magento2TweakwiseExport plugin that will make it possible to get your data in Tweakwise. Follow the readme to learn more.
  • Install & configure the module that supports your theme:
  • The extension is disabled by default. There are three different parts which can be enabled separately. Configuration can be found at Stores -> Configuration -> Catalog -> Tweakwise.

Personalization
To add support for personalization, go to Magento + Tweakwise Personalization.

Landing pages
To add support for landingpages based on predefined filters and categories, for example a didicated page for purple t-shirts, install & configure:

Tweakwise JS

Integrating Tweakwise into your platform with Tweakwise JS is the fastest way to get started. By using our JavaScript solutions, you can quickly render standardized components for site navigation and search and will always be up to date with our latest set of features.

To successfully implement Tweakwise JS in Magento, follow these steps:

  • Install & configure the Magento2TweakwiseExport plugin that will make it possible to get your data in Tweakwise. Follow the readme to learn more.
  • Configure Plugin Studio to manage everything related to your Tweakwise JS implementation.
  • Install & configure Magento2TweakwiseJs to use Tweakwise JS on top of your existing Magento setup. All settings can be found under Stores -> Configuration -> Catalog -> Tweakwise -> Tweakwise JS.

Notes:

  • The module is compatible for both Hyvä and default theme.
  • Currently, Tweakwise JS in Magento support includes key functionality like search results, instant search, suggestions (search phrase & products), merchandising and personalization.
